I have a client who has Named User CALs. I recently turned on 'Enable Audit Logging' in QMC>System>Setup>Logging, but found out that all records in Audit_*.log shows 'anonymous' as user, while QMC > System > License > Client Access Licenses (CALs) > Assigned CALs shows valid user names, why the audit log does not show same user names as in QMC?

I do have system monitor, and it shows anonymous sessions. I suspect this is related to how client's IT set their user account, but I don't know what the problem is
