Another chart question...

Our Call Centre use an in-built designed piece of software that allows them to record the type of call they've received, i.e. Resolved, Callback or Transfer. This is marked in the database as either True (1) or False (0). QlikView is extracting this data and I've been asked to create a pie chart to show the total number of calls received but then split (by %) by these three areas. I can't quite get my head around how to do this as there are three different data sets. Thanks in advance.

Apologies for not being very clear.

I'd like numbers in the legend and percentages displayed around the chart if that's possible.

Thanks.

Let me look into it and get back to you with a solution.

I just gave it a try, Both the legend and Value on chart seems to follow the same display format. If I try to change legend to number, the value on chart becomes number to. The only work around this is to add text to the chart and place them where ever you want to (potential problem is that the display won't be dynamic enough to move when the pie moves.

Best,

Sunny
