Any functional specification document out there? best practice?

i am in the mid of working in a project, i need to create a fucntioncal spec doc but , i am looking for a reference(example functional specs doc for qlikview project) that can share to me , as a reference.

Sorry Jim, I did not check that ..actually I don't have any functional spec....you will get lot of STD template in google and you could build your own spec check the attached sample Spec (its not Qlikview related just a sample )
