I am trying to gather lineage information on all of our QV dashboards in order to gain insight on what is feeding them. In order to do this, I want to be able to parse through the Statement in the XML metadata.
Are there currently any SQL statement Interpreter QVWs that anyone knows of? Or does anyone have any suggestions on where to start?
Otherwise, I was planning on either pulling the SQL Server Database name from between the "USE" and the ";", but I realized if there are any joins being made, I would need to search between the from statement...
