Hello friends,

We are planning to invest on a new server and were comparing AMDand intel.

Loos like the hyperthreading in Intel is of NO USE with qlikview (infact it affects performance)

So we are thinking of considering a highend AMD based system.

I have not seen any comparitive study between AMD and Intel.

Does any one has any idea ?

After a analysis from Qliktech, it seems that some AMD processor with some specific chipset on motherboard are causing some trouble.

We are going to change our server to Intel processor.

For me it seems that Qliktech has no interests in debugging AMD processing

We have the same issues regarding AMD Opteron 6276 (32 CPUs), but we cannot change the server
