App usage analysis

Is it possible to  get statistics on which field selections that is most used in an app?

You need to enable audit logging in QlikTech\QlikViewServer.

How to enable auditing please check https://support.qlik.com/articles/000038859

After that, you will have to get away to extract the data you need from the txt file.
