As due to one straight table chart I m not able to access my application. As soon as application opens it shows not responding ? Also chart is not minimising ?
How to deal with such a situation ?
Have you right big calculation on that straight table ...
Try to remove if else calculations ....

Open QlikView application with the QlikView icon, don't open the dashboard.
You should see your dashbaord on the Recent list. Right click open without data.
Fix the table and then reload.
