Apply a selection to a sheet

Hello all!

I have a chart and I want to have two copies, one by sheet where I apply different selection for the two copies. Is that possible or not?

Hi Yaseer,

Alternate state can be used to highly dynamic comparative analysis. We can define two record sets and compare the corresponding results side-by-side by enabling the alternate states functionality. Any selection made on one state does not affect other state.

This scenario is nothing but alternate states:

Settings->Document Properties->alternate state(Create)

Sheet 1->Sheet Properties->Alternate state 1

Object 1->Properties->General Tab-.Alternate state 1

Sheet 2->Sheet Properties->Alternate state 2

Object 2->Properties->General Tab-.Alternate state 2

so that selections in sheet 1 will reflect only in object 1 and vice versa
