Applying another Server licence

Hi all!

I have a QlikView Server licence (QlikView Server Version 8.50.6261.5), with a current License key witch allow me to have 10 parallel user connected to it.

Now, I have a supplementery License Key for another 25 users. How can I install it without loosing the other, so than I could have a 35-User key instead of 10?

I don't think that is possible. I guess you have to contact your sales rep and have them to merge the two licenses to a 35 user license.

Hi Landini,

Usually your the "number_of_usercals" in your license key will be updated from 10 to 35 user cals.
Way to update your license is to contact the "license enabler server" in the QV Server control panel, button license.
