Hi all,
If we have 20 list box objects out of which 19 are of 1 group and 1 is of other group. Can i change all the 19 to a new group instead of going manually to each list box and changing?
The concept that i am looking for is to assign a group globally to all the required list box objects at one time.
Thanks,
Sai
Hi,
try with alternate state concept for distinct groups and assign same alternate state to list boxes also.
I am not sure but may be it will help.

Go to Document properties -> Alternate States
create a state and assign that State to that particular object..
So obviously it will helps.
Hi Koti or Ashutosh,
Thanks for the response. We do this step for creating a group and then assign to each list box when we create it. But is there a way to assign multiple objects at a single time to give the groups?
Hi,
I don't think so there is another way also. If there is then tell me also. But if you will separate your sheet according to groups(Different groups on different sheets) then you can set alternate state on sheets rather than single list box.
In this manner particular group will work on all sheet objects (according to sheets).
hope this helps you.
Thanks,
Ashutosh
