Authorization problem when the User name Changes on Ldap

Hello

I Have a Problem on authorization from the client side,

When the User name on Ldap is changed  (e.g: from amita@comp.com to amitb@comp.com)

On the qlikview SSO the old user is still recognized (amita) and therefor the user can't connect to Qlikview (active directory based access).

On the management console i can see the new user when i grant him the license, but because that on the acsess point on the user

computer the user is the old one there is no match.

The server is on Qlikview 11 SR12,

Hi Amit,

You have to check with it team(Network Team) & will have to configure the email replaced by new one(amitb@comp.com) as email setting on LDAP would be done at network team.

you have another option you can directly provide the access, there is option under document IN the QMC setting

2)User Document

you can add the users manually on above documents.
