Automating Qlik Reloads Based on Google Sheets or Google Drive Updates

I'm looking to set up some automatic reloads for my Qlik app based on changes in Google Sheets and Google Drive. Here's what I'm trying to achieve:
Google Sheets Tab Update: Is there a way to trigger a Qlik reload when a specific tab in a Google Sheets file is updated?
Google Drive Token File: Can a Qlik reload be triggered when a token file (like a simple text file) is created or uploaded to a specific folder in Google Drive?
