Average based on a Dimension

Hi

I have a dataset as shown below

Catalog      Zone    Area     Code      Price

123ABC     West     Pune        A1      $23.5

123ABC     West     Pune        A2       $43

123ABC     North     Delhi     $120

I have to display Catalog and  Avg Price as per logic below. (There is a selection on Zone and Area)

If Zone - West and Area- Pune , Average of 23.54 and 43 = $33.27

If No Zone chosen, Average of 23.54, 43 and 120 = $62.18

I see that Average function doesnot take any dimensions, please advise.

Use Expression

=Avg(Price)

based on selection the avg will change ..
