Average not working

Dear All,

Average not working in expression level.

in MONTH column first 3 months and Battery issue % is coming from load line and coming to Nov'18 % is on script based.

ideally when i put average in expression it has to come..but it's not working .

right calculation of Average  is  10.51% but in expression is taking only load line that is 12.8%

can any one help on this...thanks in advance

What is the expression you are using in the Pivot table?
