Axis on Scatter Chart (fixed and then variable on zoom)

Hi

I have a scatter chart that I would like to be fixed on the below variables when i change a bookmark.

However once I have selected the bookmark and the scale has rebased to the below I want to then be able to zoom in on data points and have the axis become dynamic (as if it went back to the default of no Scale expressions being applied)

Any ideas greatly welcomed,
