Background color of overridden column

I have 2 columns ..Actual and Overridden.To makeout the difference between 2 colimn I am trying to change the background color of cell if the numbers are different but it is not working.

In the qvw you attached, the cell background transparency on your table is set to 100%. When I changed it to 0% your color formatting appeared to be working
