Bar Chart Scale Problem(can't see upper values)

Hi All;

I use bar chart in my app. But There is a little problem.

The problem is in my chart i use month(dimension) and total values(expression). But i can nat see values which is upper than 35 millions.
i try static max scale but it did not work.

How can i do it?
