Bar Chart colors and spacing

Why does QlikView sometimes display bars unevenly spaced and start duplicating colors?

This is a chart with a Fast Change between a pivot table and a bar chart with lots of dimensions. I only want to graph one dimension. As I added more dimensions and applied the changes the bars changed (in width, color schemes and spacing between them) a few times and I ended up with this. Can't find anywhere to fix it. Is there a method to the madness or is this a bug?

Is it possible to share your file you working on to have a look?

May be it is happening because you have checked small bars and all bars under presentation tab

Also have you checked persistent colors flag? it will allow you to keep same colors...colors will repeat if there are too many values

Sample app if you can share would be really helpful to understand the behavior and suggest options

I tried in my app (not seeing that behavior, may be I don't have that many dimensions)... Have attached it for reference.
