Bar Chart time range

How do you change the time range on a bar chart.  Currently it goes from 12 am to 12 am on the y axis.  I would like it to go from 8:00 pm to 8:am.

8AM will always go before 8PM and you cant sort it in descending order either, what you may have to do is convert it to a full timestamp (Date time) as that is really what you are sorting: evening of prior day up to morning of next day
