Bar Chart

When I was viewing "Call center" example application in "Operator" tab, I saw an object name "Call per departmant over time", when i was trying to create same object ,its didnt show like separate bar chart for each billing, customer servive, technical support and website support, its show only one bar chart with stake.

Please guide me where do i made mistake.

that's atrellis chart

u can find that option in chart properties->dimensions

u can find that option in chart properties->dimensions

under trellis select "enable trellis chart" and some(x) no of barcharts will be created with dimensions as ur first dimension of barchart.

no of barcharts will depend upon the no of dimension values
