Bar chart Dimension Slice

I want a bar chart like the below :

When we mouse hover on Apple, the bar slice should should be highlighted by coming out of circle.

Please share your example to achieve this requirement?

I got the solutions...stupid girl didnt see the option in qlikview bar chart -  'Pie Popout' in Expression
