Bar chart: Sales Prediction

Hi all,

I am trying to make a bar chart to show sales suggestion for the next 13 weeks in qlikview 12.2. Below is the chart Im trying to construct.

The user selects week-year from the listbox and as the screenshot given above, he chose week 45-2021. so that bar would come in the middle and 13 weeks preceding  w45 and next 13 weeks after w45 is shown. sum(salesvalue) is the measure. 13 weeks prior will show previous 13 weeks data but the next 13 weeks data would be last year's data as shown in the screenshot. 

so it would be same year previous 13 weeks, then the selected week and then data from previous year's next 13 weeks.

They want to exclude some week's sales using ignore week flag.so while counting weeks, they wouldnt count that week. for example, if w45 is selected and if ignore flag in w43 and w42 is set to 1, then the graph will show

w30,w31,w32,w33,w34,w35,w36,w37,w38,w39,w40,w41,w44, and then 45 and next 13 weeks with previous year sales.
