Bar chart going blank on Selection

Hello ,

I have below data

Item Name	Item_id	Order_Status	Wave_id
Crayola	10	COMPLETED	2
Marker	11	WIP	3
Pen	12	COMPLETED	4
Pencils	13	COMPLETED	2
Erasers	14	WIP	3
Sharpeners	15	WIP	4
Graphs	16	WIP	5
Charts	17	COMPLETED	6

I have  Bar Chart with Wave as dimension and expression as =count({<[Status]={"COMPLETED"}>}[Status]). It displays a bar chart showing how many orders COMPLETED in each wave.

It works fine , however on making a  selection in the selection box , say  item name=marker , the chart goes blank.

I am trying to achieve: Either chart stays same and ignore the selection OR it displays only single bar for Markers' Wave =3

Please help

Item "Marker" don't have any order completed. To ignore them, Perhaps this way

=count({1<[Status]={"COMPLETED"}>}[Status])

If we would like to enhance and go with option 2.

display bar chart , when selection is made for Marker , then display the bar only for wave (COMPLETED) ?  Please help with the code
