Bar chart offset option

Hi All,

Any idea how i can fix that baroffset to 100 or my max value in my version bars for both 27 and 95 % looks similar. i need to get the remaining white portion in my chart as highlighted below. Please advise. thnx

If all the values are in percentage try to set StaticMin and Static max in the Axes tab.

Condition:  Static min = 0 and Static Max = 100

color code : If value is positive then blue else Green etc
