Bar on the right hand side of the plug-in

I made a change to the settings a while ago that made a bar show up on the right hand side of all my plug-ins. I can't remember what this setting was.

Below are two examples. The first one is a tv screen that we have across our call centers. You can see the bar on the right hand side.

The second one is an app that's used for analysis. You can see the regular scroll-bars inside of the bar.

Would anyone know how to get rid of these bars?

Side note: I needed to cover any propietary information so you'll see some smears on these apps.

Sorry I did not see the bar offset that you were speaking about the first time. No idea where it could come.

In the designer, View =>design grid=>Black Grid, then you will be able to see real size of the objects and ajust them in order to remove the bars.
