I have to show branchwise data in graph. But number of branches is more so that data is not looking readable at a glance. Now I'm using Bar chart, but it is not looking so effective.
Plz suggest some good graph type to present this data.
what was the original type of graph that you were using? You also said the bar chart did not look good - is that because there ar too many bars showing at one time? You can tweak it by using Amit's suggestion of determining how many bars you want to show at a time before needing to scroll - along with that you can alos use the Axis tab to show your lables in a diffeernt format, to help display more bars
Change the orientation on Properties | Style to horizontal. Its usually easier for users to scroll vertically than horizontally. You can still use the other suggestions above with a horizontal bar chart.

Consider dimension limits and sort by whatever measure or KPI is important. If you have so many that it is unreadable - chances are you don't need to see all of them in one glance. The user can always click on the "Other" section to see the remaining items.
there are several options and combinations of options that can be used - can you provide a sample or screenshot of either how the data looks now or what you are trying to achieve
