Very simple question (hopefully),
Have a report that shows customer invoices and delivery addresses, and the client wants to be able to see 'Direct to Site' Deliveries. This means I need to do a search on Client Invoice No (List box) and 'Address1' field (List box) where Address1 field is NOT the customers name i.e. "Joe Bloggs"
Whats the simplest way to do this in QlikView? Basically I just need the opposite of what the default search criteria is, so is there any way of telling it to make the Address1 listbox an 'exlude' rather and 'include' search critera - i.e. anything you select in it is ignored rather than selected?
Any help/advice appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave
Hi Dave,
I don't know If I got you right. You can simply select the values which should be excluded later and then right mouse click and
select >>Select Excluded<<< from the menue. This inverts the selection, all values wich where not selected in the listbox before are then selected.
Hope this helps

Yep - thats what I was after. Told you it would be simple! I'm learning QlikView myself with no proper training, so had no idea that right click option was available.
Thanks
