i get an error 'UNKNOWN STATEMENT' when i used 'BINARY binary.qvw' or 'BINARY D:\Qlikview\Project\Dashboard\qlikdata\practice\binary.qvw '.

Binary should be in  first line of your script.

check in  settings---document tab----opening tab --- below you find prohibit binary load that should be unchecked.

Make sure that BINARY statement should be the first statement and Prohibit Binary Load should be UN-Checked
