Bing Maps with Radius

I have an app that plots locations on a Bing Map. I'd like to allow users to enter a desired radius variable (in miles) and have the app show the radius area on the map. I was thinking of trying to overlay another scatter chart on the map with an expression to control for the radius variable. Not having any luck so far. Any ideas out there?
