Blank rows sort order in pivot table

Hi,

We are using pivot table and we need to sort the data like the market which don't have data should be come in the bottom of the report.

We have sort the market in descending but still  one market is not sorted.

Please let me know hot to get this.

The marked one in the below image need to display in the bottom of the report.
