Blank space or line in between dimension

Hi Friends

I want to add a blank row or  line  in between branch dimension . Pls help me do it preferably with Dimentionality function

Only way I can think of is to use an Island Table or Valuelist function and then use Pick Match.... I think we have helped you with that technique in the past and you should be able to grasp it this time?
