Block Chart

I have the following block chart:

All blocks have a legend under the field name [Anatomical Main Group].  I however have records which do not have an [Anatomical Main Group] classification and these are grouped in the block in the far upper right hand corner with no legend.  How can I show a legend such as 'Unclassified' for the block?
