Block Select Field QlikView Web

Hi Folks.

     I did a report where there is information stealthy and in qlikview web any peoplo can make this:

And select o field name employee and see information about, because in report is about all employee, but if selected a single employee...you know.

     SO, my question, i need let invisible filed about this especific report...There is a way to make this?
