Hi Team,
I created a bookmark and am able to open that.
But the same BM was not able to open by other users.
They got full access to BM,still not able to open .
What might be the reasons?
How to rectify the issue.

I think that a bookmark is associated to the user whi created it, it is not shared between users.

You mean creator of bookmark cannot open it.
Or some other user?
If others ask creator to share bookmarks with others.

Hi,
This means your .shared file is corrupted. If you take backups try to replace a copy of .share file from back and see it that help.
If not then I suggest you to delete this .shared file and recreate new one, it will be created automatically.
Note:
1) Please take proper backups before deleting
2) Once you delete .share file, all the user created bookmarks will be deleted.
