We use Qlikview 12 and the users use Google chrome to open the app, when they click on the icon to add a bookmark, first they assign a bookmark name and then click on 'Ok' but the dialog window doesn't close, similar happens with deleting a bookmark, when they click on 'Delete'; so in order to close they have to press 'Cancel'
The more annoying part is that when they attempt to navigate or make any selections after pressing 'Cancel', the app freezes and shows the following screen:
and then users have to end the session and open a new one.
Anyone else having this problem?

At first try it with a restart of the server services and also the machine to exclude any temporary issues. If it's further happens check if it occurred with all applications or just a special one. If it didn't happened to all just remove the shared-file (after a backup) from this application to exclude that a corrupt shared-file is the cause. If the shared-file is invalid they might be in general repairable with the PowerTools but it might not a very easy job.

Meant was connecting to the server/machine on which Qlik runs and executing a re-start. It could be that you haven't the appropriate rights to do this action - means you need to ask your IT admin.
