I notice that once I create a bookmark with "include layout" checked, the attached QVW shows duplicate dimensions. It only happens on report that has a "show subtotal" listbox where we show/hide dimension with/without subtotals. Link below is to the original thread with details of this show subtotal technique. Please let me know if it has a fix since it has been an issue preventing user including layout changes in their bookmarks. Thanks!
Looks like once Bookmark Include Layout is selected, 2nd dimension got overwritten with the 1st dimension. See attached QVW that is working correctly before Bookmark with Layout is applied.
