We have users complaining of bookmarks missing and again seem to appear back on re-login.
Have anybody faced this and has a solution for this?

No patch for it yet. I've promised to help Qlik with this, by trying some changes in windows registry, forcing IE to run in separate processes every time ( apparently there's some parent-child processes by default ). But the first test resulted in IE Plugin not working at all after the change, so no news from that experience so far.

You no more would need IE Plug-in as there is HTML 5 support QlikView 11 onwards. That being the case I do not think there will be a patch that comes up. What is the version of QlikView you are in? You must not be using IE plug-in and stay on the latest version QV 11.2 SR12

Hi Rajesh,
when I checked with end users,they also facing the same issue and when we checked with the users, we got to know that their bookmarks are on server and when they open the dashboard they are able to see their bookmarks and after some time the bookmarks are getting lost i.e. bookmarks are intermittently missing.
