Bookmark object issue in Ajax zero footprint mode.

I need an urgent assistance on a issue which seems simple !

We have developed a QlikView dashboard (in V9 SR4) and hosted it for user testing in access point site. When we are viewing the dashboard in the access point using the view "Ajax zero footprint " , the book mark object is seen disabled !!!!!!!!

But if we view the dashboard using IE Plug in mode, we are able to see the book mark object and it is enabled and without issues, as given below.

Any idea why this is happening with Ajax view ? any solution for this ????

Seems like no one else have faced this issue. But then I heard from another team that they too have this issue. The bookmark object is enabled when seen in IE plug in mode but seen disabled in ajax mode.

Why is this so. Is it a tool limitation ??
