We have a .qvw file that we make frequent updates to. Our update process is to take a copy of the file in production, make our edits (New Charts, new Data, etc.) then replace the qvw file in production with the one with the updates.
Whenever we do this, everyone loses all their bookmarks. (Person and Shared) What are we doing wrong?

In the directory where the .QVW file is stored, you should see some other file types - .Shared, etc. Bookmarks are stored in the .Shared file of the QVW, so if you are moving the .QVW file to a new location, you'll also want to move the .Shared file along with it.
