Bookmarks exchange for on & offline usage by our Sales Reps
Hi, we are deploying a European wide QV sales force application. The whole application is being reloaded and afterwards split & deployed over the publisher. So that each sales rep gets his own scorecard with data from his/her sales territory only. The Files are being named as: Sales Force - [employee - PIN] So each user gets his little sales force scorecard for on-line (IE plug-in) and off-line (analyzer plus) usage. Now, more and more users are getting confused with the bookmarks they create and store.What happens is: 1. They store the bookmark as server bookmark (even against our recommendation) and it is not available for off-line use. 2. They store the bookmark not as a server one. So it is stored locally on their laptop. But then, when they open the downloaded QVW file in off-line mode, there is again no way of using the bookmarks. Is there any way, users get the opportunity to use single bookmarks in on and off-line mode?
