Bug 59500: Fixed in 11.2, but not working again in 12?

According to the bug fix release, bug number 59500 (Chart expression image not working in 11.20 SR1 Server when viewed from Chrome or Firefox browser) was corrected in 11.2

We recently upgraded to 12, and it appears this is once again a bug unless I missed something.  How can I get images to represent in a chart while using Chrome/Firefox?

Please help.

Found a workaround.  Using the bundle method for images works for Chrome/Firefox.  Can close this question.
