Bug in chart display - depending desktop used - different display!

Dear all, we're facing a very strange behavior,

As per both pictures below, we have a very strange behavior of a chart displayed completely differently depending the

Desktop/laptop in use by our users!

Current server release 11.20 SR3.

First picture, chart is displayed correctly and second picture, not at all! 60% of users see the chart correctly displayed whereas 40% don’t. Is it a reported bug or not? It’s very disturbing and critical, would be great if you can help us.

Can it be related to .NET framework cause infrastructure have made a roll out of component but not on 100% of users’desktop………..did anyone already faced that kind of issues?
