Hi all,
I'm looking for a way to get a burndown of our project budgets ... and also forecasting a trendline.
e.g.
I have a project X, with the budget of 720.000 ... the budget has an end-date (e.g. apr-2014) ...
sample costs:
month-year | amount |
Jul-2013 | 438 |
Aug-2013 | 2536,06 |
Sep-2013 | 2611,5 |
Oct-2013 | 26120,99 |
Nov-2013 | 50802,58 |
week-year | amount |
31-2013 | 1132 |
32-2013 | 1212,32 |
33-2013 | 410,74 |
35-2013 | 219 |
36-2013 | 786,5 |
39-2013 | 1825 |
40-2013 | 219 |
41-2013 | 2190 |
42-2013 | 4993 |
43-2013 | 9667,35 |
44-2013 | 12132,3 |
45-2013 | 14886,36 |
46-2013 | 9562,64 |
47-2013 | 16937,92 |
48-2013 | 6335 |
I'm looking for a burndownline (budget-costs), but also the forecast (as an expression) ...
Is there a way to show the enddate of the budget as a colored vertical line?
Is it also possible to show the date where the budget is burned down to 0 (e.g. in the forecast)
The dimension is a cyclic group of month-year and week-year ...
rgrds,
Anita
