Business requirements gathering tips required in qlikview space

What are the right kind of questions to be asked for business requirement gathering. Business requirement gathering tips required. The requirements of the qlikview space is around asset inventory management that includes all types of assets, vendors , expiration of asset components, and these requirements are around operations space. So please give me the rights tips, right questions to build the dashboard.

List of the questions may be helpful to you to get a overview of the project

  1. No.of users for your dashboard
  2. # of servers (Dev server,UAT server,PRD server)
  3. QV Server Hard ware/License terms ( Named,Document,Session,User    CAL's availability)
  4. Here hardware CPU ,RAM, Windows OS  (Re-commanded separate server  for QV itself)
  5. Desktop License /Leasing license
  6. POC's (Point of Contact) for Database retrieval
  7. POC's (Point of Contact) for QV User interface ...etc.
