Button Action: Clear all except Field

Is there any way to use a Button with an action to clear all except the selections I have in a particular field?

Thanks! And one of the field values has a space, for example: No Category

(Cat1|Cat2|Cat3|No Category)

In that case it doesn't select the last one

Edit: I believe it worked with (Cat1|Cat2|Cat3|"No Category")

Just use * to separate it so use Cat3|No*Category

Thanks, Daveamz!  I used "Clear Field" and it works.  I am now realizing that I may have designed it wrong. I have a list that I am showing as a button group.  However, since it only displays the valid values for that field, I don't have a null to turn off any selections. Clearing the field selects the first option in the list (button group)

If I show the list as a dropdown and clear all, the dropdown is blank.  Is there also a way to "clear all" for the list (as a button group) where no value is highlighted?  Currently, "Clear All

Thanks! This works.  I just cant seem to completely deselect the drop down (as a button group).  This deselects my selected option, but default back to the first option in the list. I want all items to be unhighlighted.
