Button are not there if reload is started by a macro.  If reload directly - toolbar, menu, CTRL+R - there are buttons "End Here", "Abort" , "Close".  There is no "OK" nor "Cancel"

Try adjusting the window size load, sounds silly but sometimes happens   :S

Oswaldo Vasquez - true , but you have to squeeze it to see maybe 5 or 6 lines for buttons to disappear...  Probably not the case here, although worth trying...

Hi Rob,

seems funny yes loading your app even I can't see the same.

I thing you accidentally have changed some settings  which need to restore

I suggest to uninstall completely remove all files and re install

Hi Rob,

yes it will not you need be careful you are removing all files.

If it is your system where server is not configured then I suggest remove all the files after uninstall which are in Programdata/Programfiles/sytem

remove all files from Regedit

then it will surely work

Y I am sure because only your QVW is behaving like such so when I reload my Qvw on systems it's working fine so I am sure there is some files left when you uninstall.

Try again

Surprisingly, your application doesn't show the buttons in my environment as well.    That proves that something is wrong in the QVW file itself, because all my files are fine in the same environment.  No wonder that creating the new app solved the problem.
