Button to download a PDF file from specific path

Hi, 

I have a button with an action that open a URL, where in the textbox of this type of action I put a specific path of my PDF file. The problem is that when I run my code and I click in that button, said the next error:

Approve application for launch? -GuiaPDF.pdf (I clik the button YES and then...)

Failed to Launch C:\QlikViewRoot\Source\PRODUCCION\ ... \GuiaPDF.pdf

I don't know whats happen... any idea? 

How can I solve this problem??

Be sure that the system application user has access to the path.
