Values from high to low for my pivot chart

Is there anyway to do this easy

Use a sort expression which toggle between positive and negative value based on selection in button

I don't really know how you data looks like, I would have asked you for a sample as my created sample may not fit what you have and I would essentially be wasting both of our times
