Button with actions triggers "Server Communication lost, closing document!?

Hi,

I have two buttons in my document.

One with a "Clear selections" to it and another that makes some selections in some fields. For some reason when I use these in "Open in Server" mode they trigger the error "Server communication lost, closing document!".

Anyone encountered this before?

Can you please share sample application or screenshot of button selection.

Other button is just "Clear Selections". Same happens no matter which one I click.

Hi Ali,

I had a similar problem with buttons crashing my document for some users.

After checking the release versions, the error occured when the desktop version outdated the server version.

I got everyone back to a compatible version and the buttons worked fine.
