CHANGE FORMATT PATTERN

I need to change FORMATT PATTERN i want to introduce my variable.

My variabble for example will be vMoney and the value is #.##0,00 €;-#.##0,00 € or #.##0,00 $;-#.##0,00 $ or...........

depend my selection, automactly change that value.

Thanks in advance

You can't use a variable in the Format Pattern dialog box. Sorry.

As Rob said, you cannot use a variable in the Format Pattern section.

Instead you can try something like below...

Money(<your expression>, '$(vMoney)')

in your expression itself use the format variable..

i am traing to change FORMATT PATTERN because if i change that when i export to excel it recognize like a numer,

if i put that Money(<your expression>, '$(vMoney)') or num(<my expression>, '$(vMoney)') when i export to excel it is to excel like a text(not a numer) and i can´t do opertations in excel like sum for example.
